About the Opportunity

An established leading financial institution with a strong regional presence is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Treasury Product & Digital Transformation Analyst to join its Treasury Investment Solutions team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Treasury Product Managers, dealers and technology teams on key product implementation, digitalisation and system enhancement initiatives.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the implementation and enhancement of Treasury investment products and trading workflows, with particular focus on FinIQ-related projects. The role offers valuable exposure to Structured Products, Foreign Exchange (FX), investment solutions and Treasury technology transformation.

This position is ideal for candidates with a Treasury product, structured investments or financial markets background who are keen to deepen their expertise in product management, business analysis and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Treasury Product & System Implementation

• Support end-to-end implementation and enhancement initiatives involving FinIQ and other Treasury-related systems.
• Work closely with Treasury Product Managers and dealers to understand business requirements, existing product structures and trading workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and system specifications.
• Support the setup and implementation of Structured Products, FX and other Treasury investment products, including product configurations, workflow enhancements and system changes.
• Validate product terms, trade details, system fields and workflow logic to ensure accuracy and consistency across FinIQ and downstream platforms.

2. Business Analysis & UAT

• Participate in requirement gathering, process reviews and business analysis for Treasury digitalisation and system enhancement projects.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-to-end testing, including test scenario preparation, test cases, expected results and defect tracking.
• Investigate system discrepancies, coordinate issue resolution and follow through on outstanding defects with Technology and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies, operational gaps and potential control weaknesses, recommending improvements where appropriate.

3. Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, external vendors and business stakeholders to drive project deliverables.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, dependencies and outstanding action items to ensure timely implementation.
• Maintain project trackers, issue logs, decision records and implementation documentation.
• Prepare process flows, standard operating procedures, user guides, meeting minutes and project updates.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

4. Product Data & Business Support

• Support data extraction, reconciliation and analysis using FinIQ, Bloomberg and other relevant Treasury systems.
• Assist in preparing product-related management information, transaction reports and business analysis.
• Review trade and product information to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Provide hands-on support for ad-hoc product, operational and implementation-related initiatives.

Requirements & Preferred Experience

• Degree in any related discipline.
• Prior experience in Treasury, Global Markets, Structured Products, FX, Wealth Management or investment product-related functions.
• Experience supporting system implementation, product setup, digitalisation or technology enhancement projects.
• FinIQ experience is highly preferred, particularly in product configuration, workflow management, UAT or system implementation.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and Treasury / Wealth Management trading systems and workflows will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in business requirement gathering, UAT, process mapping and project coordination.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle, order management, product terms and post-trade processes.
• Exposure to Structured Notes, Dual Currency Investments (DCI), FX products, Bonds, Equities or other investment products will be advantageous.
