- Business & System Requirements: Work with Treasury Product Managers and dealers to understand existing workflows and translate business needs into clear system requirements.
- UAT & End-to-End Testing: Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases, validate expected outcomes, track defects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Product & Trade Validation: Validate product terms, transaction details, system fields and workflow logic to ensure accuracy and consistency across relevant systems.

- Data Analysis & Reconciliation: Perform data extraction, reconciliation and analysis using Bloomberg, Treasury systems and other relevant tools.
- Management Information & Reporting: Assist with product-related management information, transaction analysis and ad hoc business reporting.
- Process Improvement & Controls: Identify process gaps, data inconsistencies and potential operational or control issues, escalating them promptly and following through to resolution.
Requirements & Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in Treasury, Structured Products, FX, Global Markets, Wealth Management products or a related product management or implementation function.
- Experience supporting system implementation, product enhancement, digitalisation or business transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Treasury or Wealth Management trading systems and workflows; experience with Bloomberg will be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in UAT, requirements gathering, process mapping, defect management and project coordination.
- Understanding of the trade lifecycle, product terms, order management and post-trade processes.
- Exposure to Structured Notes, Dual Currency Investments (DCI), FX products, bonds or equities will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business and technology teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and detail-oriented professional who understands Treasury or investment products and can contribute with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
- Strong Treasury product knowledge and the ability to understand existing workflows with minimal training.
- Excellent follow-through and ownership in driving outstanding items to closure.
- High attention to detail, particularly when validating product terms, trade information, system fields and workflows.
- Effective project coordination skills to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders and deadlines concurrently.
- Clear communication skills when engaging business users, dealers, technology teams and control functions.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify issues early and take initiative to resolve them.
