Temp to Perm PSA (Central) #HKC

- Duration: 3 Months Temp to Perm PSA ( Extendable / convertible)

- Pay: $12/hr

Job Details:

- Working days: Any 5 days from Mon to Sat, Sunday and PH off

- Working hours: 42 hours per week; Staggered timing for Mon to Fri (0700-1630 / 0800-1730 / 0830-1800); Sat (0700 – 1600)

- Lunch break: min 45mins

Job scope: Bed & Surgical Booking Office, call centre setting

- Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.

- Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.

- Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively.

- Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds using standard greetings.

- Handle difficult customers and apply service recovery protocols.

Requirements:

Min N/O/A/Nitec or Diploma in healthcare/nursing/hospitality/related field

Call centre experience / customer service is highly preferred
