? Location: Cantonment Road, Singapore
? Salary: $13/hour
? Contract Duration: 4 months
? Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm

? What You’ll Be Doing
Verify expenses and payments and assign the appropriate accounts.
Check invoices and prepare supporting documents for payments and receipts.
Prepare payment vouchers and update accounts payable records.
Prepare customer invoices and maintain accounts receivable records.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers or agents.
Maintain cash book records and perform bank reconciliations.
Enter accounting transactions into the accounting software.
File and maintain financial documents and transaction records.
Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
