Job Description:
Design and implement      sensory and consumer research methodologies, including discrimination,      descriptive, and hedonic testing.

• Manage the recruitment,      training, and performance monitoring of sensory panelists.
• Conduct statistical      analysis of sensory & consumer data and provide technical report with      actionable insights to guide product development and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with      cross-functional teams to support research and development activities.
• Maintain and manage      sensory laboratory, including procurement and administration of sensory      tokens and other testing-related materials. Oversee sample preparation and      ensure adherence to testing protocols.
• Support ad-hoc requests      and projects related to sensory testing and product evaluations, ensuring      timely delivery of results.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Food Science/Chemistry or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant sensory experience
