The main role includes providing direct social work interventions such as casework, counselling, groupwork, home visits, and conducting assessment interviews with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social work services including casework, counselling, and care coordination
- Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy using evidence‑based modalities.
- Perform home visits to assess living environments, family dynamics, and support needs.
- Develop and implement intervention plans addressing emotional, social, and practical challenges faced by patients.
- Develop holistic treatment plans tailored to patients’ psychological, behavioral, and emotional needs.
