Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer-driven (CD) projects and second-source qualification initiatives, including project planning, execution, regular stakeholder alignment, and technical reporting
- Support new product development activities, including participation in technical discussions, resource planning, and experimental design
- Assist in laboratory trial runs, including hands-on work, troubleshooting, data collection, and analysis
- Prepare and maintain clear and accurate documentation, reports, and test records
- Support customer sample requests and ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, laboratory standards, and good housekeeping practices
- Provide technical support for internal stakeholders and external requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to support product development and troubleshooting
- Support administrative tasks, including SAP data updates, documentation control, and laboratory cleanliness
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform other assigned duties as required
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of material science, assembly materials (e.g., paste, powder, flux), or related applications
- Familiarity with data analysis methods and statistical tools
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements
