Job Scope

• Responsible for handling in-bound calls and email requests for general enquiries within the hospital targeted service standard levels.
• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O levels/N Levels/Diploma in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
