Project Manager (A&A & Facilities Development) – Healthcare Project #HHL

Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of facilities development and infrastructure projects.

• Conduct feasibility studies and engage stakeholders for renovation and rejuvenation projects.

• Lead design development, project procurement, and construction implementation.

• Manage consultants, contractors, and project delivery timelines.

• Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Prepare project reports, presentations, cost estimates, and meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.

• Min 3-5 years of project management experience in A&A, infrastructure, or construction projects.

• Min. 2 years of healthcare or commercial project experience.

• Familiar with local authority requirements and construction processes.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
