Job Responsibilities

Register patients for visits to the Specialist Outpatient Clinic

Schedule and coordinate multiple patient appointments

Perform billing processes including payment collection and cash float management

Provide financial counselling and guide patients on available financial schemes

Assist doctors during consultations (e.g., chaperoning, translation support)
-
Prepare patients for physical examinations, including taking height and weight
-
Support teleconsultations by setting up equipment and coordinating with patients
Job Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
