Order Fulfillment Executive (6 months/PHARMA MNC) - West/up to $4k #HAO

Salary: up to $4000

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Description:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

Process sales orders, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

Coordinate with sales representatives, service engineers, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

Track orders and update customers on shipment status.

Maintain customer records and documentation in ERP/CRM systems.

Manage service requests, maintenance schedules, and equipment-related enquiries.

Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.

Prepare reports and support administrative tasks for the sales and service departments.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/life science/medical device industries
