Nurse Clinician (GERONTOLOGY/Northeast/East) - up to $6k/5 days Office Hours #HAO

Salary: up to $6000

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hours

Location: Hougang/East

Job Description:
Clinical Leadership & Mentorship: Responsible for mentoring staff nurses and conducting audits on clinical care quality. They also train and guide nursing staff, including Enrolled Nurses and Nursing Aids.

Advanced Nursing Procedures: Provide complex clinical care, including medication management/packing, post-surgical wound care, nasogastric tube insertion, PEG tube care, tracheostomy dressing, and urinary catheter management.

Care Planning & Coordination: Plan and evaluate individual care plans for elderly residents to enhance their well-being.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Lead or attend multidisciplinary meetings in the absence of nurse leaders to address residents' medical and psychosocial conditions.

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents, particularly upon admission, and monitor progress.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Nursing w min 3 yrs of relevant perm experience as NC, preferably in gerontology/palliative care w Advanced / Specialist Diploma in Geriatric / Community Nursing
