[Non-Patient Fronting] Office Hours Pharmacy Technician @ Clementi #HCY

Working Hours: 5.25 Days office hours, alternate Saturday Half Day
Location: Clementi (Transport from Jurong East MRT)
Salary: $2200-$3300 (Based on experience)

Responsibilities

· Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients.

· Accurately prepare and label prescriptions according to prescriptions or medication orders.

· Manage medication inventory, including stocking, organizing, and tracking medication supplies.

· Perform drug preparation duties, including measuring, counting, and mixing medications.

· Provide patient counseling under the supervision of the pharmacist on proper medication usage and side effects.

· Assist with maintaining pharmacy records and patient information.

· Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.

· Communicate with healthcare providers regarding prescription issues and medication clarifications.

· Handle customer service inquiries and ensure a positive patient experience.

· Manage prescription refills and process insurance claims.

Requirements

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a related field.
