This role will support the 24hr Urgent Care Centre and is responsible for providing efficient counter services in a fast paced.
The role includes guiding patients and visitors, managing registration and administrative processes and supporting daily operations

• Perform registration procedure
• Handle phone enquiries.
• Perform screening and portering of patients to the ward


Working hours:

5 days per week, Monday to Friday
- 8am to 4pm (inclusive 1 hr break, 7 hrs per day) Mondays to Thursdays
- 8am to 3pm (inclusive 1 hr break, 6 hrs per day)Fridays
