We are looking/hiring for Clinic Assistant/Patient Service Associate(s) to be outsourced to our client’s place.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors and handle case notes
• Appointment booking for patients
• Explanation of procedures
• Attend to the patient’s enquiries
• Patient registration and billing
• Packing of medicine

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels
• No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
