Salary: Up to $2200
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1.5-hour lunch break)
Location: UE Square (Near Fort Canning / Clarke Quay MRT)
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance.

• Assist clients with login issues, online portal navigation and account-related enquiries.

• Conduct outbound follow-ups to clarify information or assist clients with their requests.

• Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve client enquiries.

• Escalate complex, sensitive or complaint-related cases to the relevant team members or supervisors.

• Take ownership of assigned cases and follow through to ensure timely resolution and proper closure.

• Provide administrative support to the Client Services team, including call and email handling.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
