Locum Occupational Therapist (Community Healthcare, 1 day a week) **IMMEDIATE** #HZT

Contract Duration: Until end of August (extension to be discussed)
Salary Range: $60 - $70/hr based on working experience
Working Location: West
Working Hours: 1 working day per week

• Collaborate with clinical, allied health, operational and administrative stakeholders in planning of community-based occupational therapy services
• Assess and manage patients referred for community occupation therapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans, applying specialised occupational therapy knowledge and skills
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams across hospital and community settings to support care transitions

• Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
• Full Registration with AHPC
