Prospect and generate new leads
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Regularly conduct seminars, product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospects
Develop sales proposals and negotiate contracts
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Meet or exceed weekly sales activities targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams
Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads

JD for Labtech

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and expand the laboratory weighing and electrochemistry business in Singapore for specific segments.
• Manage entire sales cycle from pre sales discussion with customers to post sales support.
• Ability to support and respond efficiently to customer's request for technical enquires, quotations.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
• Continuous learning in product, technical knowledge and selling skills to provide premium service to customers
• Fulfillment of sales related KPIs which include sales targets and visits targets
• Use of CRM (SAP) for commercial quotation generation
• Initiative activities and undertake duties necessary for the advancement of the business


JD for Lab Analytical

•Develop and expand the analytical chemistry (Titration, Karl Fischer, Density, refractometry, UV Vis) business in Singapore for specific segments.
•Manage entire sales cycle from pre sales discussion with customers to post sales support.
•Ability to support and respond efficiently to customer's request for technical enquires, quotations.
•Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
•Continuous learning in product, technical knowledge and selling skills to provide premium service to customers 
•Fulfillment of sales related KPIs which include sales targets and visits targets
•Use of CRM (SAP) for commercial quotation generation
•Initiative activities and undertake duties necessary for the advancement of the business
