Laboratory Operations Associate (Pharma / MNC | Full-Time) #HJG

Job Description:

• Perform specimen analysis and accurately report results following established procedures.

• Identify deviations from expected results, analyze issues, and implement corrective actions using scientific principles.

• Conduct routine instrument maintenance and troubleshoot as necessary.

• Support quality assurance and quality control processes in line with established guidelines.

• Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs.

• Assist in other laboratory areas, including sample reception, processing, and storage as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, contributing to overall housekeeping.

• Monitor inventory and manage laboratory supplies within the assigned area or department.

• Train or mentor laboratory personnel in the performance of tests and procedures, as assigned.

• Perform additional duties as requested by the manager.
  
  
  

  Job Requirements:

  • Min BSc in Biomedical Science, BSc in Biotechnology or BSc in a related Science field and/or equivalent experience
  • Willing to learn, positive attitude and must be a teamplayer
