Junior Client Advisor Assistant (6-12 months) #JTL

The Junior Client Advisor Assistant supports Relationship Managers (Client Advisors) in delivering exceptional banking services to affluent and high-net-worth clients. The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating client requests, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day client servicing while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors in managing and servicing a portfolio of affluent banking clients.
• Assist in preparing account opening documents, investment and insurance forms, and other client-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to process client requests, including account maintenance, fund transfers, and banking transactions.
• Schedule client appointments and assist in preparing meeting materials and portfolio reviews.
• Respond promptly to clients' enquiries and provide timely updates on banking services and products.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with the Bank's policies, MAS regulations, and AML/KYC requirements.
• Monitor pending cases and follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate client records and update customer information in the bank's systems.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, client portfolios, and performance tracking reports.
• Support the Client Advisor in identifying cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of banking or financial institution experience
• Minimum 1 year in client servicing, Assistant RM, Client Advisor Assistant, Wealth Management Support or similar roles
• Candidates who already possess CACS Paper 1 and/or Paper 2 are preferred
• Candidates currently taking CACS are welcome. Please indicate the examination date(s) clearly
• Candidates without CACS may still be considered for the contract role
