Job Description

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. 
• Maintaining personnel records and HRIS data, coordinating onboarding for new hires, providing administrative support to the team, supporting performance management processes, handling employee relations inquiries, and coordinating staff welfare activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and procedures
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
