Finance Executive (1-Year Contract)
? Salary: Up to $4,200/month 
? Location: Alexandra Road
? Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–6pm
Job Responsibilities

• Handle AP/AR duties, including invoices, payments, billing and collections.

• Perform vendor, customer and intercompany reconciliations.

• Support month-end closing and maintain supplier/customer records.

• Assist with finance system implementation and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, GST requirements and internal controls.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Relevant AP, AR or general accounting experience.

• Proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP/Workday.

• Accounting system implementation experience preferred.

• Detail-oriented, organised and able to coordinate with stakeholders.
