What You’ll Do

• Handle backend administrative work including appointment scheduling and follow-up calls
• Conduct pre-appointment instructions and coordinate referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics
• Perform data entry and data collation
• Provide administrative support to medical, nursing and allied health teams
• Assist with cross-coverage and other ad hoc duties

Working Hours

Mon – Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Every Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
