Events Assistant (Immediate/ 5 days/ Office Hour) #HJG

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in executing outreach marketing and publicity campaigns to increase programme enrolment

• Engage with potential enrollees and provide clear information about the programme benefits

• Respond to basic enquiries related to the enrolment process and programme details

• Distribute marketing materials to interested individuals

• Maintain a tidy and welcoming event booth environment

• Record and report daily engagement metrics, such as number of interactions

• Collect feedback from the public during events

• Support event booth setup and other assigned duties

Job Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

• Basic computer literacy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to engage with the public and support public health initiatives

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment

• Full training will be provided
