Job Responsibilities
Assist customers in creating and managing their digital accounts.
Guide customers in downloading, setting up, and using mobile applications.
Support customers in changing service plans and activating digital services.
Assist with online service requests and help customers navigate the company’s microsite.
Manage queue systems and provide customer support for in-store processes.
Respond to general customer queries and provide assistance as needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum Nitec or diploma in any field
Full training will be provided, no experience needed
