Corporate Development Manager (Healthcare Sector, Strategy Planning)

The manager will support the Assistant Director, Corporate Development, on operational and planning issues pertinent to the department, with a focus on engagements with the healthcare management, so as to lead and manage the company’s journey in realizing its vision and mission.

The Challenges

• Understand external and internal environments and support the formulation of business strategies and corporate development, so as to be aligned with MOH and the cluster
• Support the development and consolidation of strategic plans for medium to long-term objectives that support corporate objectives
• Support and implement initiatives that would create synergy across the organization and involve alignment of all departments to enhance organization effectiveness and ensure a shared vision
• Perform periodic review of key performance indicators and take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders
• Support department in the implementation of strategies, regular reporting and timely actions to ensure the success of the strategic plans
• Plan and support strategic corporate visits
• Facilitate and initiate the Corporate Planning process and manage developmental projects within the organisation.
• Support & translate the organisation’s strategies & priorities into action plans, working laterally with various stakeholders & vertically across various agencies.
• In addition, you will apply operational excellence concepts to plan and advise the Management by preparing & reviewing data & BSC/KPIs, leading to benchmarking & cascading of best practices.

Requirements

• At least a Good degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related discipline
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the healthcare field and demonstrated success in leading and managing a healthcare corporate development project
• Extensive engagement experience with businesses on strategy, corporate relations management or marketing
• Good working knowledge of finance/accounting and experience in dealing with legal matters/policies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills is a must
• Good management skills of team
