Contract Insurance Admin/Operations - Policy Servicing (Central, Office Hours) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Process new business applications including policy issuance, client onboarding, coverage setup and premium billing with accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle policy servicing requests such as personal particulars updates, contact detail changes and mail return management.

• Support daily operations for Individual Life and Health Insurance policies to ensure smooth transactional processing and service delivery.

• Ensure all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements including AML, Insurance Act and internal compliance standards.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet operational SLA, productivity targets and maintain strong internal controls.

• Deliver quality customer service by managing policyholder and adviser correspondences accurately, promptly and with complete information.
