Join a dynamic healthcare team where you will play an important role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering excellent patient service. We are recruiting Healthcare Admin Executives for various healthcare institutions and medical centres across Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for daily clinic operations
• Register patients and update patient records accurately
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Attend to phone calls, emails and patient enquiries
• Process payments and maintain proper documentation
• Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow
• Assist with filing, data entry and report preparation
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE N/O Levels, Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
