Healthcare Administration | Contract Opportunity

We are hiring Contract Healthcare Admin Assistants to support day-to-day administrative and patient service operations within healthcare settings.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling and general enquiries
• Perform data entry, filing and administrative duties
• Assist with billing, documentation and payment-related matters
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth clinic operations
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements

• GCE N/O Levels or equivalent
• Prior administrative or customer service experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organised and detail-oriented
