We are hiring Contract Customer Service Officers to support various healthcare organisations. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoy interacting with patients and supporting day-to-day healthcare operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer and patient enquiries via phone, email and in-person
• Provide accurate information on healthcare services and assist with appointment coordination
• Handle billing enquiries and general administrative matters
• Liaise with internal departments to support smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• GCE N/O Levels or equivalent qualifications
• Prior customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment

Working Arrangements

• Contract opportunities available
• 5 / 5.5 days per week
• Office hours / rotating shifts depending on assignment
• Opportunities available across West, East and Central Singapore
