Contract Bank Digital Ambassador #JLN

• To be based at the bank branch (Work location Serangoon Nex Shopping Mall)
• Work hours: 10am to 7pm (5 days a week) including working on Saturday. The 2 days of off day will be 1 weekday + Sunday
• S$2500 - S$3000 Salary 
• To guide customers to perform bank transactions over Internet Banking
• To assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
• General admin duties support eg. filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
• Assist customer to submit e-financing
• Perform the duties of service support officer whenever required

Requirements:

• Comfortable to be standing most of the time 
• Able to work at least 3 months duration
• Front facing customer service experience / past retail / admin experiences will be an advantage.
