Servicing client accounts through understanding, anticipating, and executing client’s transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support.
Support RMs in client interaction and attend to client queries and review and resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Prompt and accurate processing of clients banking and investment transactions
Provides information pertaining to client accounts as well as collates reports, prepares client documents and follow-ups with clients, if necessary.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties to ensure that optimal client service is provided.
Ensures adherence to local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards and escalate service issues to relevant internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
Min. 3-4 years of client servicing in Premier/Private Banking
