Central - Contract Architect / Senior Executive (Min Degree in Architecture) - #HJZ

Looking to move beyond traditional architectural practice and work on a major healthcare development project? This is a great opportunity to be involved in the planning of clinical spaces!

What You’ll Do:
Support space planning & test-fit layouts for clinical and non-clinical spaces
Review architectural drawings and consultant submissions
Work closely with doctors, clinical teams, operational users & consultants to translate requirements into practical designs
Attend planning meetings, prepare minutes and track decisions/action items
Create PowerPoint presentations, planning reports & design briefs for stakeholders and senior management
Support design coordination, compliance reviews and document control

What We’re Looking For:
Min Degree in Architecture / Built Environment
Min 3–6 years’ experience preferred for Senior Executive / AM level
Able to read & interpret architectural drawings confidently
Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel & Word
Revit / healthcare planning experience is a bonus
Organised, detail-oriented with strong communication skills
