Coach in their early career exploration.
Provide information and resources on career-related topics (job search strategies, resume writing, interview skills, industry skills frameworks, career workshops etc).
Conduct Mandatory ML0004 Small Group resume critique and mock interview coaching sessions.
Coach in strategies for internship and job search.
Engage faculty members in career awareness and preparation matters.
Customize and design school-specific career initiatives (e.g., career and industry talks, alumni-sharing sessions, and bespoke workshops).
Job Requirements:
A recognised degree with 8 to 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years’ experience in career coaching/counselling/career services/graduate recruitment/human resources/executive search/learning and development.
