Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily activities and supervises the execution of the work.
• Planning in the laboratory.
• Supervision of compliance with the safety rules within the department.
• Monitors the operation of the equipment.
• Acts as the point of contact for the Laboratory Technicians and Laboratory Management.
• Daily activities are coordinated, questions are answered and problems are solved.
• The quality of work within the department is monitored to ensure that they meet the standards.
• Solves more complex problems.
• Monitor Analytical and post analytical issues related to samples including investigation and remediation of the same.
• Proposals made to optimize work processes and procedures and work regulations have been drawn up.

Requirement

• Minimum 8-10 years’ work experience in a central lab or clinical laboratory.
• Control of MS Office and the Software packages of the devices at the laboratory.
• Use of Biorad URT / similar application.
• Troubleshooting related to assay , QC or PT failures.
