Biomedical Equipment Planning Manager (5 Days / Office Hours) #HJG

Our client, a public health organization is currently looking for a Biomedical Equipment (BME) Planning Manager.

Responsible for driving the medical equipment planning, evaluation, management and commissioning, as part of the overall development of the public health organization.

• As part of the development secretariat team, to participate in the schematic design for equipment consideration.
• Plan, coordinate requirements and evaluation, participate in subsequent procurement, commission and maintain medical equipment, i.e. end-to-end asset management
• Keep tap on the future technology trend of medical equipment to future-proof.
• Provide facility, utility and biomedical engineering specifications to meet the needs of the development.
• Ensure specifications are aligned with project objectives, project timeline and development budget, and address Business Continuity Plans and other Emergency Plans.
• Review tender specifications and requirement to ensure the proposed design plans meet user requirements and are aligned with project objectives.
• Facilitate proposal evaluation and decision-making process in seeking the best solutions/practices aligned with the business objectives and strategies.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Biomedical Engineering/ Engineering/ Science or any other related field
• Min of 7- 10 years of experience in BME planning or BME related.
• Previous work history in restructured or private hospitals would be of an added advantage
• Good team player who is able to support the team members in achieving organisation goals and project timelines
• Great interpersonal skills, self motivated and detail oriented
