Associate Medical Laboratory Technologist (Department of Pathology) *WEST* #HZT

? Working Hours: 3 rotating shifts, any 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process laboratory specimens according to established protocols
• Assist pathologists during specimen trimming and evaluation
• Perform histopathology procedures including tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, mounting, and slide preparation
• Perform frozen cryo-sectioning and support frozen section services
• Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, stains, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Assist with inventory management, quality assurance documentation, and other laboratory operations

Requirements
✔ Diploma in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or equivalent
✔ Prior experience in a Pathology/Histopathology laboratory is advanatgeous
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
✔ Comfortable working rotating 3 shifts
