We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Associate Executive to provide secretarial and administrative support to the department’s core team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, logistics and meeting materials
• Prepare simple minutes and file notes when required
• Collate data, statistics and information for reports and submissions
• Maintain official documents, correspondence and departmental records
• Track office assets, IT equipment and supplies
• Raise invoices and support general administrative matters
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Prior EA, PA, secretarial or corporate administration experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
