Assistant Manager, Manufacturing (FMCG) - Up to 6K #HHL

? $5,000–$6,000/month
Location: Tuas
Working hour: 5 days office hour

Job Scope:
• Manage daily production to meet output, quality and delivery targets
• Lead and supervise Production team and manpower planning
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Support installation and qualification of new equipment / process lines
• Drive productivity, cost-saving and continuous improvement projects
• Support production trials and new product launches
• Ensure compliance with food safety, ISO and workplace safety requirements

Requirements:
• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years of experience in food production / manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of production equipment and maintenance
• Experience in production planning and team leadership
• Knowledge of ISO 22000 / Food Safety / Lean Manufacturing advantageous
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
