? Job Scope
• Manage housekeeping service contracts and vendor performance
• Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and ensure service quality
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and resolve operational issues
• Support procurement, budgeting, billing, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hospital standards
• Manage inventory, assets, and support operational improvement projects

✅ Requirements
• Min. Degree in Healthcare, Hospitality, Horticulture, Contract Management, Facilities Management, or related disciplines
• Experience in housekeeping operations, vendor management, or contract management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
