Accounts Executive Officer (6 months) (Gov Bodies) #JTL

What You’ll Do:

This is a hands-on role supporting the accounting and financial planning & analysis function.

• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks, including monthly closing of accounts and account reconciliation.
• Assist in the forecasting and budgeting exercises.
• Support CAPEX collation of documents for timely capitalisation.
• Preparation of income tax and GST submissions.
• Meet and comply with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including audits and GST filing.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks and provide support as and when necessary.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy.
• Proactive and hands-on team player and with an eye for details.
• Driven and passionate about work, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage different stakeholders.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP would be useful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel).
