9 Months Contract Senior/ Executive Assistant, Healthcare - Up 3.2K @WEST #HJCT

Responsibilities
• Perform daily checks on GPFirst referrals, handle bill adjustments and liaise with patients and GPs when necessary
• Manage ground operations in ED related to GPFirst programme (e.g. training to ED staff, handle queries related to the programme)
• Conduct audits and timely submission of reports on a monthly basis
• Collate, analyse and manage statistics for the GPFirst programme
• Ensure timely and accurate claims submission to MOH
• Review appropriateness of referrals and identify trends and opportunities for improving appropriateness of referrals and GP capabilities
• Work independently with relevant stakeholders within and across institutions to develop and expand the GPFirst programme in NTFGH
• Liaise with stakeholders to enhance IT system to better support the GPFirst programme where necessary
• Manage registration of Nursing Home patients that are sent to ED via ANGEL pathway
• Assist in coordination of logistics required for training sessions conducted for Nursing Home staff, including preparation of training rooms, refreshment, attendance tracking and on site support where needed
• Liaise with vendors, MMD, finance and stakeholders to support procurement requests
• Oversee the management of department intranet webpage
• Assist in collation of data and reporting of department key indicators
• Assist with correspondence and preparation of reports and presentations
• Be able to contribute to department, institutional, and cluster goals and objectives.
