** Hands on and experience in developing solutions end-to-end.

** Prior xperience building own analytical solutions or being in a developer role.


Digital Solution Development
• Design, develop, test, and deploy digital solutions end-to-end, from requirements gathering through to release and post-launch support.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews and adhere to architecture and security standards.
• Develop and deploy solutions including CRM, geospatial analytics, and BI applications used across markets.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production solutions, ensuring reliability and uptime.

Analytics Tool Development
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and Databricks Genie workflows that automate reporting on campaign/sales performance.
• Develop location-based analytics use cases, including outlet mapping, territory design, catchment analysis, whitespace identification, and outlet prioritization.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and queries (SQL/Python) that transform raw commercial data into analysis-ready datasets.
• Validate analytics outputs with business users to ensure insights are accurate, relevant, and practical for field execution.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with major in Computing/Business Analytics/Science from reputational universities.
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in analytics, digital solution development in commercial/marketing domain

• Programming Languages: SQL, Python
