6 Months Contract Executive, Staff Well Being Planning (Up 3.3K) #HJC

Well-being Framework and Strategy
1. Contribute to development of strategies and workplans with CWO team to enhance workplace health, staff well-being and engagement aligned to vision, mission, values, and directions from CWO together with CWC.
a. Contribute in the conceptualisation, design, implementation, evaluation review, and continuous enhancement of staff engagement and well-being initiatives.
2. Lead in developing and executing the communication strategy plan as an enabler to the execution of Well-being Framework.
3. Plan and execute any events as required.
4. Track established indicators as appropriate (e.g. pulse surveys), and collaborate with institutions’ leads to analyze and improve well-being where necessary.

Support to Cluster Well-being Collective (CWC)
1. coordination support across domains in development of new projects and program and
2. secretariat support in terms of meeting schedules, minutes writing and any other required meeting logistics.

Execution of Communication Plans
In accordance to communication strategy for the year, research for appropriate materials and put together communication materials.
Plan the relevant communication channels in dissemination of the communication materials.
Explore the potential of launching a regular Well-being digest embedding staff protection stories, best practices of well-being
Track the viewership of materials via VivaEngage or sign up of events.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education/Training/Experience
5.1 Degree in Communications or related discipline (preferred but can accept Diploma in Communication);
5.2 Knowledge of employee engagement, workplace health and wellness promotion, and such implementation practices in Singapore (preferred);
5.3 Proficient in Design using Canva, or Adobe software if required;
5.4 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
