Working Hours: 5 days, office hours

Salary: $3,000 to $4,500

Job Description

• Support the Programme Director in coordinating and administering postgraduate medical residency training programmes.
• Assist in programme accreditation activities and ensure compliance with relevant training and administrative requirements.
• Administer programme operations and maintain a supportive and conducive educational environment for residents.
• Plan and organise resident recruitment and selection activities, including coordinating related administrative processes.
• Support faculty appointment processes and assist with faculty development initiatives.
• Coordinate programme-related documentation, schedules, and communications with residents and faculty.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of programme activities and initiatives.
• Contribute to intra-departmental and cross-departmental projects aligned with organisational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Support additional administrative or project tasks based on organisational needs and individual competencies.

Job Requirements

• Min bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in education administration or the healthcare sector would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Good organisational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
