About the job:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate, to assist the team in frontline operations at the front desk ensuring smooth operations. You will need to display a professional image by delivering high-quality service experience and accurate information to customers

Working Schedule: 3+2 work week

• Weekdays: 1pm – 10pm (8hrs excl. break)
• Weekends: 8:30am – 6:30pm (9hrs excl. break)

Responsibilities:

Identify customers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction

• Taking ownership of customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficiently 
• Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction
• Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure seamless client experience
