• Check and review procurement requisitions and payments to ensure that requisitions are properly supported and coded.
• Ensure that procurement and payments are made in compliance with Institution and Group’s policies.
• Liaise with Finance Shared Services and vendors to ensure that bills are timely processed and promptly paid.
• Assist in grant and funding submissions.
• Assist in verification of fixed asset additions, transfers, or disposals.
• Assist in asset or inventory sighting exercise.
• Support the finance team in the timeliness of month end/year end closing and audit preparation.
