2 – 3 months Temp Pharmacy Assistant (Clinic setting, 5.5 days) #HKN

• Location: West / Northwest
• Duration: 2 or 3 months (or longer)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office hours
• Salary: $11-12 per hour

Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting pharmacy operations, including cashiering, stock procurement, inventory management, and medication dispensing support.
• Pick and pack medications while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
• Managing stock inventory levels, delivery orders, conduct cycle counts and check expiry dates.
• Assist pharmacists and technicians with medication handling and disposal, and administrative tasks, including billing and maintenance of accurate records.
• Maintain proper documentation, contribute to a clean and safe work environment, and provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level qualification and above, preferably Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare environment.
• Training will be provided.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable performing cashiering duties and standing for long hours.
