Job Scope:
- Manage training nominations, applications, confirmations, and course administration.
- Process training payments, reimbursements, funding, and claim applications.
- Monitor attendance, training completion, post-training documentation, certificates, and results.
- Provide training support, including course materials and in-house training venue arrangements.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including training catalogue, records, and learning history.
