Jobs Responsibilities
- To assist client on login issue
- Attend to inbound calls most of the time
- Require to do outbound calls when needed
- Understand client’s transactions such as outstanding amount, sales proceeds, contra profit/losses, etc
- Advise on the necessary forms to complete
- Resolve client’s queries, handle complaints (if needed)
